Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Lovatar AI to harass, impersonate, or harm other users; to post illegal or offensive content; to attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform; or to use automated means to access the service without permission.
Avatar and AI Features
Your Lovatar avatar is designed to represent your communication style and preferences. You remain responsible for the profile information you provide. Lovatar AI does not guarantee specific match outcomes and the AI's conversations are probabilistic by nature.
Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with the platform policies of the App Store or Google Play.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology on Lovatar AI is owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it to operate the service.
Disclaimers
Lovatar AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovatar AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance. We will provide notice of material changes.
